CDT Day 107 (Montana) - "Bobbo Series: Ep. 1 "Exodus": Rejuvenated after our stay in Augusta, the team and a group of other hikers made our way back to the CDT. Our first day hiking in the Bob Marshall Wilderness was a beaut including scenic rivers, a black beard horse trains, and a late night lightning spectacle.

CDT Day 106 (Montana) - "Alluring Augusta": Just a quick little town of our nice stay in Augusta. I think each of us really felt the need for a full day of rest and relaxation.

CDT Day 105 (Montana) - "Fleeing Dementors Straightforwardly": After three evenings of dealing with wet clothes and gear, and having some morning dog envelop us, we made a call to push into town rather than spend another night on trail.

CDT Day 103 (Montana) - "The Yurt and the Hailstorm": Today kicked off with a wet morning packing up, then a neat cloud stream through a shallow pass. A unexpected visit tona yurt, some rollercoaster ridge hiking and to top off the day, a pretty extreme bit of hail and cold rain.

CDT Day 93 (MT - Anaconda) - "The Zero, the Hut, and the Dentist": Having pushed to get in yesterday, I enjoyed a full day of hanging in town and resting up. Got stuff done, ate lots of food, and yes made a trip to the dentist today!

CDT Day 90 (Montana) - Hikin' Most Our Days in Pintlers' Paradise": The Anaconda-Pintker Wilderness has been superb and today really got us feeling it. Pintler Pass, Johnson Lake, Rainbow Pass, and Rainbow Lake we're top notch.

CDT Day 89 (Montana) - "Frosty Morn, Gentle Day, Moody Late": That pretty much sums it up. Also had a good amount of burned stuff and started to get up high views again. Very tired by the end of it.

CDT Day 88 (Montana) - Let it Be Leaving Darby": Such a great experience getting to stay at Wardrobe's place. Rejuvenated, we slowly made our way back towards trail after visiting Montana Cafe another time of course. And... We're leaving Idaho behind!

CDT Day 87 (Montana) - "Delightful Darby and Wonderful Wardrobe": A morning walk to the highway, hitch into town, a massive grilled cheese cheeseburger, abundant resupply, and hanging with Wardrobe and crew. Amazing!
CDT Day 86 ( ID/MT – Leadore to Darby)
CDT Day 86 (Montanaho) - "From Lush to Burned": Quite the eventful day. Awesome morning trek high on exposed ridges, lush green creek valleys, encounters with locals, hikers, trail crews, and wildlife, and a beautiful oasis tent site in the burn.
CDT Day 85 (ID/MT – Leadore to Darby)
CDT Day 85 (Montanaho) - "Marmot, Chipmunk, and Smoke Passes": Another smokey day from the Moose Fire, some Stevie ponderings, and another day full of mountain scenery.
CDT Day 84 (ID/MT – Leadore to Darby)
CDT Day 84 (Montanaho) - "Escape From the Haze": Some amazing up high views today most of which had a two get of smokey haze effecting them. Beyonce came to the rescue during some climbs, and we pushed to Miners Creek. Tough day.
CDT Day 83 (ID/MT – Leadore to Darby)
CDT Day 83 (Montanaho) - "A Day of Two Halves": This morning was great. Pretty nice terrain, felt good, and we had some nice conversations as we walked. After lunch, got stomach pains again and terrain got tough. Still, ended with some high up views!

CDT Days 81-82 (Montanaho) - "Lovely Leadore and Beyond": After an absolutely wonderful stay in tiny Leadore, we continued trekking along the Idaho/Montana border. The moose Fire smoke got us pretty good and wasn't feeling well, but onward we went.

CDT Day 76 (Montanaho) - "Two States for the Price of One": Some more border hiking getting all the way to Interstate 15 and access to Lima. Passed on and went up the dirt road and then up into the grassy mega mountains.

CDT Day 68 (Wyoming) - "Yellowstone (The Heart and Forest to Shoshone": Marathon day on the CDT. Wowsers folks, what a day. Geothermal pools, lakes, a swim, mosquitos, maybe a bear, crushing miles, beautiful lakeside camping.

CDT Day 67 (Wyoming) - "Yellowstone (The Car Wash, Snake, and Heart": We made it to Yellowstone today and we greeted by the wondrous Snake River Valley. Capped things off with the Heart River and a side hike to our permit camp site near Outlet Creek.

CDT Day 66 (Wyoming) - "Two Oceans and Bear Singing": A pretty awesome day of hiking that included a visit to the parting of the ways (drainages to two different oceans), climbs up 3 humps to 10,000 ft, and overall just wonderful scenery.

CDT Day 65 (Wyoming) - "A Bear, S. Buffalo, and Finding Finder": In today's episode of hiking the CDT with Stevie we have a convo about bears, cross a couple rivers that we'd feared, find a thru-er from my New Mexico days, and hike in the burn.

CDT Day 64 (Wyoming) - "Hurdles In (and Out)!of Dubois": Lots to take care of in the lovely small town of Dubois. We were not afraid and our team came together to get it done and get back on trail. All seemed well until the clouds grew darker and darker.

CDT Day 63 (Wyoming) - "The Breakfast Change-Up": With about 17 mikea between us and town, we decided to push for it. Got in to town and were welcomed in by the local churches. Such amazing folks we meet on these trails!

CDT Day 61 (Wyoming) - "Green Goodness and Gunsight": We had a pleasant morning cruising along the lakes and the Green River. Beautiful! And seem to be at a transition from rocky jagged peaks to more greenery and forest and meadows.

CDT Day 60 (Wyoming) - "Snow, a Cube, and the Green": Another incredible day on the CDT. We had a slow hike up some snow in the morning, I went on a solo expedition, and we made our way down to the supremely picturesque Green River.

CDT Day 55 (Wyoming) - "Banking Some Miles": The team opted to hike off the alternate back to the CDT. It's was another day full of wonderful walking. Lakes, streams, meadows, snowy mountains surrounding... we got it all.
